DiVi Corporation Response to COVID-19 Threat

Coronavirus COVID-19 continues to spread around the world, and the World Health Organization (WHO) has recently declared it a pandemic. Protecting employees, partners, and customers remains a critical concern for DiVi Corporation.

We express our sincere gratitude to all the medical workers around the world who are continuously working to treat our loved ones and reduce the spread of COVID-19.

The largest events around the world were canceled and shopping, entertainment centers and other institutions were closed in order to avoid mass crowding and the wide spread of the virus. We cannot now assume when this distressing situation is going to end, but we can confirm that DiVi’s commitment and dedication to its employees and customers remains unchanged. It is precisely such moments that remind us that human empathy, compassion and kindness really matter.

Work remotely

Dear customers and partners! Currently, all DiVi employees work and continue to perform their duties remotely in order to ensure maximum protection of the health of their colleagues, customers and partners. During remote work, the DiVi team is in constant contact with suppliers, partners and customers and tries to maximize the fulfillment of all business obligations and processes, processing requests, placing orders and logistics operations.

Events

We are always looking forward to meeting with our partners and customers, but your safety has a higher priority for us. In this regard, DiVi decided to cancel / reschedule all events until the end of April 2020.

Business Continuity and Supply

The COVID-19 virus is now a primary health threat and affects the supply of products.

DiVi closely monitors the situation and maintains constant contact with suppliers to minimize the malfunction caused by the COVID-19 virus. Satisfying the needs of our partners and customers, as well as protecting members of the DiVi team, is a priority for the company.

Daily order status updates reflect our best efforts and ability to resolve delivery issues as soon as possible. Planned delivery times are adjusted as new information is received from suppliers.

Recommendations and Precautions

We would like to share with you several precautions that we apply in our daily activities:

• Sanitary conditions. We own and manage all our warehouses ourselves and guarantee the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all our facilities. In addition to our strict safety standards, we have also implemented disinfection and strict sanitation processes in all places. Along with disinfectants at all existing facilities, all our employees are now obliged to constantly wear gloves and masks, and for our part, we ensured the availability of disinfectants both in warehouses and in retail outlets.

• driver hygiene. All current drivers are also required to observe safety measures: constantly wear gloves and masks, carry disinfectants and disinfect their hands before and after each interaction.

• Contactless home delivery. DiVi has made changes to the standard shipping procedure. Today, delivery is from 10:00 to 15:00. Our couriers also follow all safety precautions, taking care of your and your health.
